General

  • We provide full-service AV production including professional staging, architectural and event lighting, sound reinforcement, backline equipment, and video production and display. Whether you need one service or the full package, we build a solution around your event.

  • We support a wide range of events — concerts, corporate conferences, festivals, private parties, weddings, trade shows, product launches, and more. If it needs to sound great and look great, we're the team for it.

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially for large-scale events or peak season dates. For major productions, 2–6 months in advance is ideal. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

  • We're based in Oregon and regularly serve the Pacific Northwest, but we're available to travel for the right event. Contact us to discuss your location and we'll work out the details.

Staging & Lighting

  • We offer modular staging systems scalable for everything from small intimate performances to large outdoor festivals. Our team handles design, delivery, setup, and teardown. We can also provide custom stage dimensions, risers, and crowd barriers to fit your venue.

  • Yes. Our lighting team will work with you to create a design tailored to your event's vibe and venue — from moving heads and washes to LED uplighting, gobo projections, and full theatrical rigs. We handle programming and operation throughout the event.

Sound & Backline

  • Our sound packages cover everything from PA systems and subwoofers to stage monitors, mixing consoles, microphones, and DI boxes. We also provide on-site audio engineers who manage the mix from load-in through the final song.

  • Our backline inventory includes drum kits, guitar and bass amplifiers, keyboards, and direct input options. We can provide a full backline for touring artists or fill in specific pieces — just let us know what your act requires.

  • Absolutely. Send us the technical rider and we'll review it carefully, confirm what we can provide from our own inventory, and source anything additional as needed. We work closely with artists and their production managers to ensure requirements are met.

Video

  • Our video services include LED walls, projection systems, IMAG (image magnification) screens, video switching and playback, and custom content display. We can also integrate live streaming and recording for hybrid or online audiences.

  • Yes. We can display your logos, sponsor content, countdown timers, live feeds, and other branded visuals. Just provide your assets in advance and our team will ensure everything is formatted and ready for show time.

Pricing & Logistics

  • Reach out via our contact form or give us a call with your event details — date, venue, expected attendance, and services needed. We'll put together a custom quote based on your specific requirements, typically within 1–2 business days.

  • Load-in, setup, and teardown labor are included in our quotes. We build your full production cost into one clear proposal so there are no surprises on event day.

  • Yes. Depending on the scope of your event, we staff audio engineers, lighting operators, video techs, and a production manager on site for the duration of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
