Where Event Design Meets Production

The Technical Side
Courtney Latham | Flip Flop Sounds
Courtney leads production and technical execution. With extensive experience in live events, concerts, and large-scale setups, he oversees audio, video, lighting, and staging systems that ensure an event functions seamlessly and safely. Behind every smooth timeline, clear speech, and immersive lighting moment is careful planning, reliable equipment, and a crew that understands how events work in real time.
The Creative Side
Leah Latham | Cheerful Redesign

Leah leads the visual experience. With a background in interiors, staging, and event styling, she focuses on how a space flows, where guests gather, and what makes a moment memorable. Her work centers on transforming ordinary venues into environments people actually interact with instead of just walk through. From lounge furniture and décor to full room layouts, her goal is simple: create spaces that feel intentional, welcoming, and alive.

What You Can Expect When You Work With Flip Flop Productions
One successful DJ, Courtney, the GOAT. Founded Flip Flop Sounds and built the company to 6+ DJs then referred to as the Best in Oregon. With his growth in producing bigger events by being reliable, savvy, safe and knowledgeable, the production side of things boomed. Courtney's approach to live sound events and workability in a venue was regarded as on point and cutting edge quality. After DJing for several years, Leah also explored her own creativity and began design and real estate, keeping a pulse on Central Oregon events. By combining creative styling, furnishings, and layout planning with professional audio, video, lighting, and staging, we help clients avoid juggling multiple vendors and instead work with one coordinated team.
